Vitamix Free Jug Promotion

Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is SKOPE Refrigeration Limited, 57 Princess Street, Riccarton, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand (Postal Address: PO Box 1091).

  1. Information and instructions about this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, the claimant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be contractually bound by them.
  2. Promotion only open to eligible New Zealand and Pacific Island customers. SKOPE Australia customers are excluded from this promotion. SKOPE corporate customers and/or franchisor customers who have direct supply agreements or ex-factory and contractual pricing are excluded from this promotion. SKOPE reserves the right to assess or refuse eligibility at any time.
  3. To be eligible to claim the free jug, the customer must purchase The Quiet One Vitamix Drink Blender from SKOPE during the period commencing 12:01am NZT 4 February 2025 and ending 11:59pm NZT 30 April 2025 or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to change the promotional period at any time. "Purchased" is defined as the point where a Purchase Order is submitted to SKOPE and the order is placed.
  4. Product eligible for the free jug promotion is the Vitamix The Quiet One Drink Blender (VIT-050031) and the 1.4L Advance Container with Blade and Lid (VIT-070936). Second-hand, clearance, damaged, ex-lease, and products acquired on short-term rental are not included in the promotion. 
  5. The term ‘free jug’ references the 1.4L Advance Container with Blade and Lid (VIT-070936).
  6. This offer can be claimed in conjunction with other SKOPE products and SKOPE Funding contracts.
  7. The Claimant shall be subject to any applicable terms of use and the privacy policies when accessing the SKOPE website, for the purposes of the promotion, or for any other purpose. SKOPE shall not be responsible for any issues related to Claimant’s access or use, or inability to access or use, SKOPE’s website.
  8. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act  in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any warranty activation claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  11. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
